Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Bikinis

• Bikinis can be returned only if the sanitary sticker is intact.

• Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Pyjamas

• Pyjamas can be returned if they are in unworn and perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Any items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at prettysparkly.boutique.shop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Please ensure that bikinis have the sanitary sticker intact and are unworn, and that pyjamas are in perfect, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. We will review your request and provide you with return instructions. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
